For over 25 years we have served Wylie, Royse City, Rockwall, Heath, Sachse, Murphy, Garland, Rowlett, Richardson, Plano, Allen, McKinney, Frisco, Carrollton, Mesquite, Lavon and Dallas, Texas. Additional charges may apply for calls outside of our service area.
We service and install the brands most common in North Texas homes, including Trane, Rheem, Goodman, York, Lennox, Ruud, Carrier, Daikin, Amana and Mitsubishi (including Mitsubishi ductless mini-splits). If you have another brand, just ask.
Once a year for each: the air conditioner in spring and the heater in fall. Heat pumps run all year, so twice a year is best. We also offer all-inclusive seasonal contracts. Between visits, check your air filter monthly.
Warm air from the vents in cooling mode or cool air in heating mode, weak airflow, the system turning on and off every few minutes, new grinding or banging noises, ice on the refrigerant lines, water around the indoor unit, a burning smell, or a sudden jump in your energy bill. If you smell gas, leave the house and call your gas utility or 911 from outside.
Invoices are emailed through QuickBooks and are due on receipt. To pay online, use the View and pay button in your emailed invoice: we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, bank transfer (ACH), PayPal and Venmo. Invoices also offer pay-over-time with Affirm, as low as 0% APR. Monthly payments through Affirm are subject to an eligibility check; rates from 0–36% APR.
